2. Only the Dutch version of the general terms and conditions is legally binding. All other versions are provided for information purposes only. All agreements concluded by Zilch shall be governed by Dutch law.
3. The sale of goods by Zilch Retail B.V. does not affect the intellectual and industrial property rights of Zilch Retail B.V.
4. Ownership rights to the sold goods are transferred by Zilch Retail B.V. to the customer only after payment of the full purchase price.
5. Orders through the web shop must be paid immediately using one of our payment systems.
6. Complaints/reclamations about delivery must be submitted in writing within 8 days via webshop@zilch.nl
7. Nothing from site zilch.co.uk may be copied, duplicated, distributed, altered, copied or in any way without first seeking permission from the owner of this website.
8. All prices are in euro's , including VAT. Delivery costs within the Netherlands are 4,95, when ordering from 59,95 you pay no delivery costs. The shipping costs for Belgium and Germany are 7,95 per order, from 99,95 we ship your order for free. Zilch Retail B.V. is not liable for force majeure. In any case, force majeure means serious business disturbances at our suppliers and transport problems. Everything listed on Zilch webshop is in stock unless otherwise stated.
General operating procedure
Returning
Upon receipt of your order, please check that the items are undamaged and complete according to the invoice. If this is not the case, you must notify us within 24 hours after receipt via webshop@zilch.nl report this to us. If you are not satisfied with the article, you can return it within the trial period of 14 days. Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a email with a 'Notification of Refund', letting you know that your return is being processed.
Returns will be refunded to you within 8 business days. You can register your return in our returns portal.
Exchange
Exchanges are unfortunately not possible. You must place a new order and complete the order procedure. The returned item will be refunded. We cannot offset the old order against the new order.
Liability
We try to present the colors of the displayed items as accurately as possible. However, because the color setting and capabilities of your monitor, the light, the type of monitor may vary, we can not guarantee the color 100%. We are not liable for printing and or typing errors, which inadvertently a wrong price is displayed. Zilch Retail B.V. will adjust the price as soon as possible. Price changes reserved. We are not liable for misuse such as washing too hot, putting in the dryer, washing with jeans, etc. The articles have washing labels.Exchanges are unfortunately not possible, you must place a new order and complete the order procedure. - Data on the use of our site and the feedback we receive from our visitors help us to further develop and improve our site .
- Zilch does not sell your data.
- Zilch will not sell your personal information to third parties and will only make it available to third parties who are involved in processing your order. Our employees and third parties engaged by us are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.
Notice
After receiving the ordered product, Zilch maintains a statutory trial period of 14 working days. Within these 14 working days you can view and/or try on the articles and return them without giving reasons. After the trial period has expired, the purchase agreement is a fact.Exchanging is unfortunately not possible, you must place a new order and complete the order procedure. The returned item will be refunded. We can not settle the old order with the new order.
Return conditions
- Items will be returned at the customer's expense, unless Zilch has delivered incorrectly or if there is a defect
- The 14-day trial period has not yet expired.
- The item is clean, complete and undamaged.
- All labels and tags are still attached to the item.
- The item has not been used (trying on clothes is not considered use).
- The (factory) packaging is original, undamaged and undescribed.
- Clearly indicate the address of Zilch Webshop on the envelope/box.
- The return shipment will be properly packed so that items cannot be damaged in transit.

3. Print the return label or choose a print-less option and have the label printed at your shipping point.
4. Pack the items in the package you received them in.
