1. These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements concluded by Zilch Retail B.V., unless explicitly rejected in writing.These terms and conditions take precedence over the (purchasing) terms and conditions of the customer, even if Zilch Retail B.V. has not explicitly rejected them. All other conditions are only opposable to Zilch Retail B.V. after explicit acceptance.

2. Only the Dutch version of the General Terms and Conditions shall be legally binding. All other versions are provided for information purposes only. Dutch law applies to all agreements concluded by Zilch .

3. The sale of goods by Zilch Retail B.V. has no consequences as regards the intellectual and industrial property rights of Zilch Retail B.V. 

4. The property rights to the sold goods are only transferred to the customer by Zilch Retail B.V. after payment of the full purchase price.

5. Orders via webshop must be paid for immediately using one of our payment systems. 

6. Complaints/complaints about the delivery must be submitted in writing within 8 days via

Under force majeure is in any case understood serious business disturbances at our suppliers and transport problems. Everything listed on the Zilch webshop is in stock unless otherwise stated. 

General working method


Please check immediately upon receipt of your order if the articles are delivered undamaged and complete according to the invoice. If this is not the case, please inform us within 24 hours after receipt via If you are not satisfied with the article, you can return it within the trial period of 14 days. When your return is received and processed, you will receive an email with a 'Refund Notice', so you know that your return is being processed. 

Returns will be refunded to you within 8 business days. You can register your return in our returns portal


Exchanging is not possible. You need to place a new order and complete the order procedure. The article that was returned will be refunded. We can not settle the old order with the new order.


We try to present the colors of the displayed items as accurately as possible. However, because the color setting and capabilities of your monitor, the light, the type of monitor may vary, we can not guarantee the color 100%. - We use your e-mail address to inform you about the development of the website and about special offers and promotions. If you no longer wish to receive this information, you can unsubscribe. 

- If you place an order at Zilch we will save your data on a Secure Server. You can enter a user name and password so that you do not have to fill in your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, delivery and payment details with every new order. 

- Information about the use of our site and the feedback we receive from our visitors help us to further develop and improve our site. 
- Zilch does not sell your data. 

- Zilch will not sell your personal information to third parties and will only make it available to third parties who are involved in processing your order. Our employees and third parties engaged by us are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.

Viewing period

After receiving the ordered product, Zilch has a statutory trial period of 14 working days. Within these 14 working days you can view and/or try on the articles and return them without giving any reason. After the expiry of the trial period, the purchase agreement becomes a fact. Unfortunately, exchanging is not possible, you need to place a new order and complete the order procedure. The article that was returned will be refunded. We cannot settle the old order with the new order.

Return conditions

- Items are returned at the customer's expense, unless Zilch has delivered incorrectly or if there is a defect. 
- The trial period of 14 days has not yet expired. 
- The article is clean, complete and undamaged. 
- All labels and tags are still attached to the item. 
- The article has not been used (trying on clothes is not considered use). 
- The (factory) packaging is original, undamaged and undamaged. 
- Please clearly indicate Zilch Webshop's address on the envelope/box. 
- The return shipment will be properly packed so that items cannot be damaged during transport. 

Shipping instructions for returns


1. Report your return through our returns portal

4. Pack the items in the package you received them in.
5. Ship the package back to us.
