Payments
It is possible to pay with one of the following payment methods:

- Credit card (Mastercard, Meastro, Visa, American Express)
- Bancontact
- Paypal
- ApplePay
- Sofort
Our payments are processed securely with a secure connection on our webshop (SSL certificate). We process payments using the Dutch payment service provider Mollie and use PayPal.
Your payment will be processed immediately, after paying you will receive an order confirmation by email within minutes.
There is no charge for using a payment method at our website.
You will receive a return confirmation as soon as we have received your return. We will reimburse the return amount within 8 business days. Payment is always made via the same method as the original payment.
You can enter your online discount code at checkout. The discount will be automatically calculated, after this you can checkout your order.
Shipments
Delivery costs within the Netherlands are 4,95, with an order from 59,95 you pay no delivery costs. Shipping costs for other countries are 7,95 per order, from 99,95 we ship your order for free.
We aim to ship your order within 2 to 3 business days.
We currently deliver within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany & Austria.
Don't live in one of these countries? Then look here for a point of sale near you.
Unfortunately it is not possible to use parcel point as delivery address when placing your order.
So you cannot use a parcel point address as the delivery address in your webshop account.
All your purchases will be delivered by DPD. The delivery times of DPD are: Monday to Saturday from 9:00 - 18:00 hours.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the package will be delivered to your neighbors if the shipment allows it.When the shipment cannot be delivered, DPD will deliver the package to the nearest DPD service point. You will receive a message about this from DPD. You need to pick up your package at the DPD service point within 7 working days.
Received a shipping notice, but no package? Please contact contact .
We send a track & trace code by default as soon as your package is ready to be shipped. It can sometimes take a while before the package is actually traceable.
Did you not receive the track & trace code ? Check your email and spam box.
Due to busy shipping companies, a package may be delayed. Keep an eye on your track & trace code for this.
Have you not received a package after a few days? Then please contact with our customer service.
It is possible that the carrier has already scanned your package but has not yet succeeded in delivering your package.
In most cases, the package is delivered to you within two working days.
It is also possible that the package was delivered to your neighbors.
Orders
You can place an order with or without account .
- Choose an item and select the size.
- Add the item to your shopping cart.
- Click on "pay.
- Check all the details.
- Choose a payment method.
- Click on 'checkout'.
- You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail .
The confirmation email may have ended up in your spam box.
Still couldn't find it? Please contact contact with our customer service.
The handling of your order is an automated process, therefore you cannot cancel or change it.
Every order placed is final, therefore please check your order carefully before placing it.

Through our webshop you can easily check the availability of items in our stores.
Unfortunately, our stores do not ship packages. Our items sell quickly, please call the store to reserve your item.
Did you receive an incorrect item or are you missing an item? Then please contact with our customer service. We will be happy to help you.
It is possible to come and try on in our stores. We advise you to check online the availability of the item in the desired size in one of the nearest Zilch stores.
Are you curious about the stock of one of our resellers? Then use our store locator on the store page to call the store in question and ask if the item is in stock.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to try on clothes at our headquarters in Weesp .
If an item does turn out to be unavailable, we will contact contact with you and the purchase price will be refunded.

Items may come back in stock. To keep up to date on items you can use the "Notify me when available" button.
You will automatically receive an email when the product in your size has become available again. It is possible that several people have subscribed to the same item. Because of this you can unfortunately still miss out.
Returns
You can return all items within the statutory 14-day return period, provided they meet our terms and conditions.
Exchanges can only be made by placing a new order and returning the items already delivered via our return portal.
Unfortunately, you cannot exchange or return your webshop order in a ZILCH store.
Returns via the return portal can be returned provided:
- the item is unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- all labels and tags are still attached.
- the factory packaging is undamaged and in its original condition
* Legwear such as tights and socks can only be returned if they have not been removed from the packaging and are in their original condition. You can exchange an item by returning it within 14 days and then ordering a new item.
1. Report your return via our returns portal
2. Go through the steps and receive your shipping receipt.
3. Print the return label or choose a printerless option and have the label printed at your shipping point.
4. Pack the items in the package you received them in.
5. Ship the package back to us.
- The return costs are partially borne by the customer and paid by the customer within the return portal.
- The return costs are for the Netherlands: € 4.95, for Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg & Austria are: € 7.95.
You cannot return your order in a Zilch store. It is only possible via our return portal return.
- Within 8 business days of receiving the returned order, we will refund the return amount.
- You will receive the return amount via the original payment method, this may take a few days.
