CAN I RETURN?

You can return all items* within the statutory 14-day return period

Returns can be made through the return portal provided that:

- the item is unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- all labels and tags are still attached.
- the factory packaging is undamaged and in its original condition.

* Legwear such as tights and socks can only be returned if they have not been removed from their packaging and are in their original condition .

You can exchange an item by returning it within 14 days and then ordering a new item.

Unfortunately, you cannot exchange or return your webshop order in a ZILCH store.

HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

1. Report your return through our returns portal
2. Go through the steps and receive your shipping receipt.
3. Print the return label or choose a printerless option and have the label printed at your shipping point.
4. Pack the items in the packaging you received them in.
5. Attach the original packing slip to your return package.
6. Take the package to a shipping point of your chosen carrier and return the package to us.

I HAVE RETURNS FROM MULTIPLE ORDERS

1. Report your first order return according to the step-by-step plan above.
2. Report the returns of your other orders one by one in our returns portal.
3. Choose the option"Return in store: Zilch Headquarters" (return fee: free of charge).
4. Pack all these items together into one package, include all packing slips and attach the shipping label from step 1.
5. Take the package to a shipping point of the chosen carrier and return the package to us.

CONDITIONS

- The return costs are partly for the customer and are paid by the customer within the return portal.
- The return costs are for the Netherlands: € 4,95, for Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg & Austria are: € 7,95.
- Within 8 working days after receipt of the returned items we will refund the purchase amount.
- You will receive the amount back via the original payment method, this may take a few days.
