Placing an Order
You can place an order with or without an account .

- Choose an item and select the size. 
- Add the item to your shopping cart. 
- Click "pay. 
- Check all data. 
- Choose a payment method. 
- Click on "checkout. 
- You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail .
 
Didn't receive an order confirmation?
The confirmation email may have ended up in your spam. If it hasn't, please check that you have entered the correct email address in your account. This can be found in your order history. If you still can't find it, please contact contact .
 
Cancel or change my order

Once you have placed your order, you cannot cancel or change it. Therefore, check your order carefully before you pay.

 

Article not available

If an item does turn out to be unavailable, we will contact contact and the money will be transferred back to you.

 

An item is cheaper now than when I bought it
Unfortunately, we cannot settle the price difference with you.

 

Delivery costs
Delivery costs within the Netherlands are 4.95, with an order over 59.95 you pay no delivery costs.

Shipping costs for Belgium and Germany are 7.95 per order, from 99.95 we will ship your order for free. 

Unfortunately, we currently deliver only within the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium & Germany. 
 
 

Delivery time
We aim to deliver your order within 2 business days. Please note that the delivery of your order around holidays may take a little longer. We ask for your understanding.

 

Delivery method
All your purchases will be delivered by DPD. DPD's delivery times are: Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. 

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the package will be delivered to your neighbors if the shipment allows.
If the shipment cannot be delivered, DPD will deliver the package to the nearest DPD service point. You will receive a message about this from DPD. You need to pick up your package at the DPD service point within 7 working days. 
Received a shipping receipt, but no package?
